For stretching, pulling, lifting and lowering, cable pullers are the best choice. You can pull or release vehicles onto and from trailer respectively, hold or drag trees when you’re logging, to lift or lower heavy stuff in your house, pull the tree stumps out of somewhere , compare to electric powered winch, e.g. UTV Winch, cable pullers are inexpensive handy tools. When you have choices, you should use hand puller instead of electric one, since there is no waste when you use it, and since there are only mechanical parts the hand puller is cheaper and cleaner to make.
